Nick Leslau

Nick Leslau, 63, has been Chairman and Chief Executive of Prestbury group of companies, which has invested in and managed over £10bn of property assets, since he founded it in January 1998. Nick is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was co-founder and Chief Executive of Burford Holdings Plc for 13 years until 1997 having created a £1bn net worth company and delivered 1,300% NAV per share growth over a ten year period as a quoted company. He sat on the board of Max Property Group PLC, which was floated in 2009 and sold to Blackstone for £650m in July 2014. He and his management team floated Secure Income REIT PLC and recently merged the Company with LXI REIT PLC creating a business with £4bn of gross assets, where he continues to be one of the largest shareholders and a Non-Executive Director. He has been a director of many quoted and unquoted companies, professional bodies and charity and educational boards and is a director and shareholder of Saracens Rugby Club.

Glen Goodman

Glen Goodman is a former BBC and ITV Business Correspondent, and wrote bestselling book The Crypto Trader, which has been translated into several languages.

Glen has been a successful investor for over 20 years and famously turned £3000 into £100,000 during the 2008 financial crash, an experience he wrote about for the Times. He is regularly interviewed by BBC News, Bloomberg TV, Reuters, LBC, The Guardian and The Telegraph

Nigel Wray

Nigel Wray

Nigel Wray is an entrepreneurial investor in both public and private companies. Currently he is a substantial shareholder and director at Franchise Brands Plc and many other companies.

He is a significant investor in a number of AIM quoted companies as well as a number of private companies in the domiciliary care, computer network solutions, engineering, hotel and restaurant sectors.

Mark Slater

Mark Slater co-founded Slater Investments, a specialist UK equity fund manager. During his career, Mark has served on the boards of four public companies in which he has been a substantial shareholder.

He is also involved in a non-executive capacity in overseeing endowment-style portfolios for two prominent family offices and is a member of the Investment Board of the Cambridge University Endowment fund.

Alastair Lukies CBE

Alastair has been at the forefront of the UK’s Financial Technology industry working with financial institutions, investors and regulators to promote collaboration and mutual benefit across the ecosystem. He founded Monitise in 2003; 3 years later Monitise was recognised as a technology pioneer by the World Economic Forum. In January 2014, Alastair was appointed by the UK government as a business ambassador to the Prime Minister for the financial services industry, and today acts as the sole business ambassador for Fin Tech. Alastair was the founding Chairman of Innovate Finance, the U.K. trade body for Fintech and a founding member of Motive Partners the worlds leading Fintech Private Equity Firm.

Gervais Williams

Gervais Williams is Head of Equities at Premier Miton Investors and manages a number of funds and trusts that aggregate to over £1.5bn, he joined the group in 2011. His fund management career extends over 30 years including 17 years at Gartmore Group Ltd, where he was Head of UK Small Companies investing in UK smaller companies and Irish equities. Gervais is a member of the AIM Advisory Council, and a board member of the Quoted Companies Alliance. He was a member of the Patient Capital Review panel with the Chancellor of the Exchequer two years ago where the recommendations were put into legislation in the subsequent budget. Gervais Williams has published three books, ‘Slow Finance’ in the autumn of 2011 (Bloomsbury), ‘The Future is Small’ published in November 2014 (Harriman House) and ‘The Retreat of Globalisation’ published in December 2016 (Harriman House).

He is a passionate, results-driven commercial leader with a strong track record of delivering transformational business performance, building world-class premium drinks brands and developing & leading high-performance teams.

Will Lewis

William Lewis is a British media executive and a co-founder, CEO and Publisher of The News Movement. He served as Chief Executive of Dow Jones and Publisher of The Wall Street Journal from 2014 to 2020, during which he helped lead a period of major growth and digital transformation at the organisation. Previously, William was Chief Creative Officer at News Corp and before that, served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Daily and Sunday Telegraph, Business Editor at The Sunday Times and Global News Editor of the Financial Times.

Fiona Cincotta

From City Index, Fiona has over 15 years experience in trading and analysing UK, European and US markets. She covers forex, equity, commodity, and crypto assets.
